Vincent Ragland is also a graduate of Shaw University Divinity School (Master of Religious Education). In addition to NHTG, both work with their youth program, Reclaiming Our Youth Leadership Program that started as Black History Essay Program with other churches. ROY, as it is often referred, directs youth on the importance of education. Vincent has served in many capacities including Deacon, Trustee Chairperson, Finance Committee Chairperson, and Christian Board of Education Chairperson. He has also worked with the Sunday School and Usher Board. He has been instrumental in improving and starting new ministries including the Golden Girls, Praise Team, Couples’ Ministries, Laymen League, and Finance Committee. Connie is

Rev. Eddie Williams, a graduate M. Christopher White School of Divinity (Master of Divinity) at Gardner-Webb University, Gardner-Webb University (Master of Arts in Middle Grades Education), and NC A&T State University (B.S. Industrial Engineering). He was licensed and ordained at Palmer Grove Baptist Church in Kingstown, NC. He would eventually become the youth pastor serving until 2009. Doing God’s work have become the driving forces in his life along with his family. He has served as a tutor, board member, fraternity member and motivator speaker at a number of camps, schools, and organizations. He is also the founder of Hope for Healing.
